Hey everyone! We are back after a short hiatus. This Friday, I decided to create a new title for our weekly playlist, #FemaleFridays! I hope all you ladies dig the name, we start this week with Coi Leray's Remix of her viral track "No More Parties" featuring Lil Durk. Our last playlist started with the original version of the song, so it's only right.
Kali then comes through with "Nasty B*tch" off her new EP entitled This Why They Mad Now. Justine Skye taps in with the OG producer and rapper Timbaland for the 90s R&B vibe on "Intruded." We then get back to the bars with "Different (Freestyle)" by Dreamdoll, she's always here to remind us who the f**k we are, and just that she's so different! #BBLU
The playlist then slows down a bit, with the ever so glowing and pregnant Victoria Monet singing on her new single "F.U.C.K." (Friend You Can Keep). Picking things back up... We keep the momentum going with the new collab by Mahalia and Rico Nasty for "Jealous" where Mahalia sings "Baby, you so jealous of me/Topic Céline, drippin' in Louis."
Young M.A reminds us of what a savage she is when she's "Off The Yak," coming through with straight heat per usual. The girls are just collaborating left and right which I AM HERE FOR !!! Blac Chyna and Asian Doll teamed up for the new song "DOOM," which they also dropped a sexy music video for.
We end the playlist on a bittersweet note, with "Figure It Out" off of Lexii's posthumous album, Come Back Soon. Hearing her voice again on new music gives me chills in the best way ever. On the beat she flows effortlessly per usual, rapping "How dare you tell me that I changed, you don't know what I been through/ Everything I ever seen had f**ked up some of my mental/They think I'm strong cause I could put it in a song."
